Business Engineer service starts at $1,000/month. Product subscriptions and separately estimated setup are additional. You can work with a BE with or without Business Control; neither includes the other. The starting reference is about 6 hands-on implementation hours per quarter, with no rollover. The relationship also covers continuity, knowledge of your systems, ordinary advisory access, and ongoing engineering responsibility.

Your proposal defines setup, recurring scope, capacity, and availability. Larger or more complex businesses may need a custom retainer; major projects or additional capacity are agreed separately. Your Business Engineer proposes, ForwardCanon approves, and you accept the engagement or a material change before it becomes binding, subject to any billing already authorized in your agreement.
