A better way to work with AI.
Move Forward with Canon.

It’s time to level up the way you work with AI. Give AI the context to do more with each prompt—less typing and manual documentation, faster everyday work, and more accurate answers about your work or business.

Keep your contextBuild on what you already know.
See what is trueTrace answers to the right sources.
Understand your optionsMake assumptions and gaps visible.
Keep work in syncLet agents carry changes forward.

Start with the authoritative reality
that already exists.

Begin where you want ForwardCanon to help: with your own work, with an existing business, or with a team. We establish what is already authoritative in that scope and build from there. Every participating person still establishes or reuses a Personal Canon, but business and team discovery do not have to wait for personal setup to come first.

Individual

For you

Start from the work, sources, and context you already have. Build durable personal context that your agents can use across conversations.

Less typing. More context in every answer.

Explore individual use
Business

For your business

Discover your business from its sources, review the scope and gaps, then apply Demand, Supply, Supply Optimization, and Profit Management.

Understand your options before you commit.

Explore business control
Team

For your team

Start from existing people, responsibilities, systems, and shared work, then connect each participant through clear identity, access, and authority.

Coordinated work, with leadership in control.

Explore shared team operation

You do not need to choose an account type here. Your agent helps establish individual, team, or business scope during setup. Team Setup can operate without Business Control.

Your agent helps
you get established.

Begin with yourself, your team, or your business. Your first conversation finds the right scope from what you want to accomplish and what is already authoritative.

This account and agent-connection flow is in development. The planned free trial includes guided setup and useful first work; duration and usage limits will be published before activation.

  1. Create your account.

Set up your email and password, then verify your mobile phone number by text message. Two-step verification is required. Your account page is also where you manage connections and billing.

  2. Talk it through with your agent.

Explain your goals and bring existing sources. Establish the scope, capabilities, and pricing that fit your work together. Your agent helps establish identity, responsibilities, roles, and authority. Ask questions about the system as you go.

  3. Review your first Canon.

Check the understanding together, correct it, and initialize your first canonical state. Unanswered questions stay visible.

  4. Put it to work.

Use the trial to experience maintained context. Documentation and resources are available from every repository, and your agent helps you understand and use them.

What prompting with Canon looks like

Ask for what you need, in your own words. AI finds the right context, organizes the work, and suggests a consistent home for recurring tasks—so a fresh chat can pick up from what is saved.

Illustrative scenarios, not live customer results. This is the experience we’re building toward. Useful answers depend on source coverage, freshness, and permissions; an action still follows its approval rules.

You. Your agents. Your Canon.

Three connected points make this work: you bring the direction, your agents hold the working memory, and your Canon carries the long-term understanding.

YouDirection & decisions
AgentsWorking memory
CanonLong-term memory
A shared understanding, maintained together.
You — direction and decisions
You are the decision-maker: the person with the ambition, the problems, and the need for help. You initiate the work, explain what matters, and make the decisions that guide it.
Your agents — working memory
Each agent holds short-lived working memory for the immediate task. This is where reasoning, direct work, and authorized actions take place, guided by your request and the context retrieved from the Canon.
Your Canon — long-term memory
The Canon retains the context, evidence, decisions, relationships, current state, and unresolved questions that need to carry forward. Both you and your agents should understand it, so the next conversation can build on what is already established.

Maintain the Canon together.

You provide direction, decisions, and corrections. Your agents should be proactive: recognize what needs to be retained, organize it, and update the Canon within their roles and permissions as the work happens. When meaning or authority needs discussion, they bring it to you.

A useful decision or result carries forward when it has been recorded and the update verified. The working conversation and the long-term Canon stay connected through that shared responsibility.

The answers should get better
as your context grows.

Get to the finished work faster.

Once your templates, client information, and instructions are connected, ask for the document you need. AI can fill it out from that context, without uploading the same template or explaining the client again.

Know what supports an answer.

Connect conclusions to sources. See what is current, what conflicts, and what still needs to be established.

Let AI carry the context forward.

As you work, agents should update the canon within their roles and permissions—or bring the change to you when it needs discussion.

We call that maintained, authoritative context your canon. Canonicalization is the work of establishing it and keeping it aligned with reality.

See what your Canon understands.
Shape how you see it.

Canon View is the configurable visual representation of your Canon: useful pages, status, relationships, evidence, and priorities for an individual, team, or business.

Your agent is the primary way to work with ForwardCanon. Ask questions, make decisions, update your Canon, and request changes to the view through conversation. Canon View shows selected information from that same authoritative Canon.

An authorized agent can create a useful first view from the context already established. From there, you or your administrator shape what stays visible: keep a KPI, preserve a location comparison, show exceptions, or delegate routine layout changes. That intent should carry forward as the Canon evolves.

Viewing information, contributing to Canon, and configuring the view are separate permissions. The planned platform controls protect identity, access, source integrity, and change history as views are customized.

Canon View can help you organize life, work, or shared projects without adopting a particular business strategy. Add Business Control when you want ForwardCanon’s economic method.

The Canonholds the authoritative understanding.

Your agentsare the main interface for questions and changes.

Canon Viewmakes selected understanding visible.

Canon View is in development. Outside Business Control, Personal Canon View is +$15/month per individual and Shared/Team Canon View is +$50/month per shared workspace. Business Control includes its own Canon View; no standalone add-on is required for that view.

A clearer business.
A more confident owner.

Business Control adds ForwardCanon’s economic method to Canon View. A good budget gives you room to breathe: you know where you stand and what your choices mean. We apply that discipline to your business within an agreed, evidence-backed scope.

Start with the systems, records, documents, and people you are authorized to share. Your agent discovers an initial picture of the business, then brings the scope, source gaps, and unknowns back for review. You do not have to organize the business into the four layers before discovery begins.

You choose what to analyze. We keep known exclusions, relevant information we cannot access, and genuinely unknown activity distinct. Those limits stay attached to every conclusion. The four layers below are required whenever you select Business Control; their presentation can be tailored to your business.

  1. Demand

What do customers pay for, and which revenue streams bring money into your business?

Map the revenue streams behind actual customer purchases.
  2. Supply

What people, resources, costs, and capacity support that demand?

    Understand the operating commitments.
  3. Supply Optimization

What should change to create a healthier, sustainable business?

Compare configurations, risks, and expected results.
  4. Profit Management

How should proven profit protect and strengthen the business?

Build resilience, longevity, and future opportunity.

Progress is established by evidence.

Each stage needs evidence that supports the next: source coverage, reconciled records, freshness, and visible gaps. Accepting a report does not establish completion.
You decide which changes to make. Assumptions, declined recommendations, and their consequences remain visible; projected improvements require validation.
Profit Management begins with demonstrated surplus. New evidence or business changes can reopen an earlier stage.

Business Control is being developed through real implementations. Its discovery, evidence gates, and visual controls are product direction; the complete self-service system is not yet available.

Build confidence you can carry forward.

The goal is for you to ask high-level questions, understand the evidence behind the answer, and make your own decisions with greater confidence. As your relationship with AI develops, everyday clarity should require less dependence on us.

One beginning.
Room to grow.

Everyone starts with an account and their agent. Talk through what you want to accomplish, establish your Canon, and develop the right combination of capabilities and pricing from there. The prices below explain how the model fits together; there is no plan to select here.

Individual use

Your Personal Canon.

$15/individual/month

Maintained context for your life, work, projects, and business, with your agents as the everyday interface.

  • Your own personal foundation and continuity
  • Independent use, including permitted work context
  • Documentation for self-directed setup

Optional: Personal Canon View

+$15 per individual/month

A persistent visual representation of your Personal Canon outside Business Control. Individual use with this add-on is $30/month.

Team use · Shared workspace

Your team’s Shared Canon.

$50/shared workspace/month

Plus $15 per participant/month

A separate shared space for team goals, responsibilities, projects, decisions, and evidence. Each participant keeps their Personal Canon; private context stays bounded.

  • Shared records with defined roles and access
  • Start a team directly from the same onboarding
  • Business Control is optional

Optional: Shared/Team Canon View

+$50 per shared workspace/month

A persistent visual representation of the shared Canon outside Business Control. Five participants are $125/month, or $175/month with the shared view.

Optional product · Business Control

The economic model.

$299/business/month

Plus seats and Shared Canon when selected

Demand → Supply → Supply Optimization → Profit Management, grounded in business discovery, evidence, decisions, and measured results.

  • Includes Canon View for Business Control
  • No standalone view charge for that included view
  • Use it yourself or add separate BE help

Five seats with Shared Canon and Business Control are $424/month.

Optional human service · Business Engineer

A continuing engineering relationship.

$1,000/month starting retainer

Product subscriptions and estimated setup are separate

Help connecting, maintaining, and evolving your systems, integrations, automation, authority, and Canon.

  • With or without Business Control
  • About 6 implementation hours per quarter at the starting retainer
  • Unused quarterly capacity does not roll over

BE service and product subscriptions are separately priced and separately cancellable.

Scope the relationship together. A BE retainer covers continuity, knowledge of your systems, ordinary advisory access, and continuing engineering responsibility. Hands-on capacity is bounded. Larger or more complex businesses may need a custom retainer; higher retainers normally scale quarterly capacity from the starting reference, with any variation stated in the approved engagement.

Agree on additional work. Setup, major expansions, migrations, and additional capacity may be quoted separately. Your BE proposes, ForwardCanon approves, and you accept the engagement or a material change before it becomes binding, subject to billing already authorized in your agreement. Ending BE service leaves your separately purchased products in place; ending Business Control does not automatically end BE service.

All prices are in USD. Personal and shared Canon View add-ons apply outside Business Control and are separate from seat and workspace charges. Business Control includes the view for its economic model. Retaining a BE does not automatically grant Business Control, Canon View, or another product.

These are approved starting prices for the service being developed. Account creation, agent connections, trial activation, checkout, and operational support are still being developed. Canon Specialist support pricing and availability will be defined before release.
